Awesome with duct tape!!
I put these tires on my kid's 2WD Traxxas Slash, which we turned into a Monster Slash. They'll totally beast your Slash if you do this.No probs on our Traxxas Rustler 4x4 VXL, no rubbing or anything.1. Duct tape inside the tires. I wrap it twice under the treads. Stops the tires from ballooning when using 3S brushless.2. Foam inserts inside the tires.3. Get 2.8" rims, glue tires on 'em.4. Wait a day... then have fun!You might wonder why buy rims and tires separate when it's cheaper glued together. Simple, step 1. Duct tape the inside to stop ballooning.This way, tires last longer and handle better, no more ballooning.
