Perfect Upgrade Combo
After checking out what others did on their E-Revo’s, I went with this shock damping kit using 20 wt Losi oil, added 90mm Hot Racing limit straps to the rear brace to stop shock ends from coming off, and put silver front/blue rear springs on my E-Revo 2.0 VXL. Before, it bottomed out too much and was really twitchy off-road. Now, it handles bumps and dips like a champ, so much better than stock. Honestly, Traxxas should've made it like this!! Install was easy if you've ever messed with oil-filled shocks before, just gotta watch out for the messy old oil.

Challenging for Beginners
I do like that you can rebuild these shocks, but it's kinda a hassle when you're new to RC stuff. The instructions could be clearer, tho I figured it out. Next time, I'm just gonna buy shocks straight from Amazon, they're fairly priced.
