Historical Context
This is the new 1/10th scale monster truck, the Traxxas Maxx. Modeled after its bigger brother, the Traxxas XMaxx, almost everything is identically scaled down into a 1/10th scale package. The modular tube chassis design incorporates the shock towers into the chassis, giving the Maxx extreme durability. Already fitted with big bore threaded aluminum shocks, the Maxx can handle the roughest terrain. That, added with the power coming from the VXL4s electronic speed controller and Velineon 540XL, makes the Maxx capable of handling anything you can throw at it!

What You’ll Need:

Traxxas recommends a 4-cell 14.8V Power Cell LiPo battery for maximum performance. A 3-cell 11.1V LiPo battery will operate the vehicle with reduced performance. NiMH batteries are not supported.
