The MR-04 platform lowers the battery position and improves steering geometry versus the MR-03 for sharper handling. New front knuckles and integrated kingpins reduce scrub and the 3mm inner-diameter ball bearings cut rotational resistance. The rear uses a coil spring damper and the flexible T-bar rear suspension plate improves traction; optional oil-filled shocks, FRP and carbon parts are available for further tuning. When changing to a non-standard body, the included front tread parts set lets you adjust vehicle width; rear tread changes by swapping wheel offset. The separately sold LED light unit set (No.MZW429R) cannot be installed on the Mazda 787B No.18 LM 1991.
