Traxxas Blue Aluminum 12 mm Hex Hubs are an optional part for your RC car. They hold the wheels on the axles. The box includes two hex hubs.
The hubs are made of aluminum with brilliant blue anodizing. They are both lightweight and tough as nails. The hubs measure:

They also fit Traxxas vehicles such as the 4-Tec and other older Traxxas kits. The hubs could be used with other vehicles that use the same pin/hex design.
In addition to the hubs, the box includes two axle pins.
These hubs do not fit the T-Maxx or E-Maxx.
I switched to these after my stock hubs stripped from hard acceleration, making the hex shapes round. Time for new wheels anyway! These are way sturdier than the plastic parts and super light. The only issue is when taking off the wheels, the hubs dont stay on the axles and pins can fall out, like others mentioned. Overall, awesome product!Rustler VXL
These are really strong and durable, way better than the stock plastic ones. They look awesome too and work great with a 3s Lipo.
Not for Heavy Duty Kit
I got these to finish the look after installing the heavy duty kit on my Rustler 4x4 VXL. They're too small and wont fit. You need 12mm hex hubs if you run the heavy duty kit. They look awesome and should work fine with stock set-up. But if you have aftermarket stuff, you gotta check if they fit.
