The Traxxas Half Shaft Pro Pack contains six sets of telescoping half shafts. In each set, an internal shaft slides in an external-splined shaft. Half shafts carry drive to the wheels, and these replace worn or damaged originals.
The parts are made of white plastic. Fully compressed, each set measures 2.5 in (63.5 mm).
These shafts are for use on Traxxas trucks. They fit the Traxxas BIGFOOT No. 1 XL-5 w/Battery, Slash 2WD XL-5 with Battery, Rustler and Stampede.
I've heard that too many metal parts on your rc can actually make valuable parts like the transmission wear out faster. I think it's better to have these cheaper ones break instead of the pricier parts.
I keep these around as spare half shafts.
Break Easily
They're direct replacements for Traxxas rc cars. Not much to say, but they do break easily.
