The Traxxas 4-Tec Drift Nissan 240SX is a 1/10 scale drift car, sold ready to race (RTR). It is built on the 4-Tec Drift platform. Its body is an officially licensed Nissan 240SX. Skill level is 1, so it suits beginners.
The body is clipless, which eliminates body post holes. Clipless body mounts let you remove the body quickly and easily. Reinforced body mounts are integrated into the molded details. Injection molded details include the grille, splitter, side mirrors, and spoiler. Replica brake discs have red calipers and incorporate standard 12 mm wheel hexes.
The Low Center of Gravity (Low CG) chassis positions weight low for improved handling. A smooth underside resists drag and snags. Modular interlocking chassis pieces improve rigidity and tighten tolerances. They also allow for easy maintenance.

Traxxas Stability Management (TSM)® features 3 drift modes: TSM Drift Mode, TSM Mode, and Gyro Mode. TSM Drift Mode has adjustable steering angle, steering reflex, and throttle reflex, plus spinout assist. Assistance adjusts from off to 100% from the transmitter.
The high-performance suspension has geometry tuned for drifting. It has dual rear camber link mounts and is adjustable for droop, camber, toe, ackerman, track, and roll center. The shocks are fully adjustable oil-filled Ultra Shocks™ with X-ring technology. Extra-soft springs maximize weight transfer.
The wheels are six-spoke tuner wheels, and rubber wheel inserts hold the tires securely. The car also uses rubber-sealed ball bearings and precision hex hardware.
The adjustable battery hold down makes battery installation easy and secure. It swivels to allow different height batteries and locks securely without pins or parts to lose. The battery compartment measures 174 mm X 48 mm X 23 mm or 26 mm.
