The Traxxas Chassis Brace Kit bolts in using the supplied mounts and hardware, spreading impact loads away from plastic parts and reducing chassis twist during skate-park sessions or aggressive off-road runs. Aluminum construction resists bending so the chassis stays truer through heavy use.

Super easy install, very solid!
Super easy to install on my Rustler 4x4 VXL. Comes with an extra mount for Stampede or Slash but I forgot which, they're labeled for specific cars and front/back tho. It's a solid piece of aluminum, kinda heavy for being aluminum. You can immediately feel how much stronger the car body is w/ it on. Also good for ziptying wires if you have fans or whatever. And if you get the lighting kit, the module fits on the front mount like it would if you didnt have this brace. Not sure where the telemetry expansion module goes on the Rustler yet, so I dunno if this brace is in the way, but I'll update when I find out. Anyway, it's totally worth it, really stiffens your car chassis!
