The chassis layout of the low center of gravity chassis (LCG) Slash 2wd is different than the original high center of gravity chassis (HCG), requiring a different nerf bar design. RPM Slash 2wd LCG nerf bars fix that problem and are a direct, perfect fit!
RPM Nerf Bars have added structural support to help strengthen the body and reduce impact forces transferred to the chassis. The additional cross bracing optimizes rigidity while absorbing additional impact energy anything less than RPM would have crumpled under! RPM Nerf Bars are proudly made in the USA, molded in either blue or black from RPM's engineering grade nylons and backed with RPM's limited lifetime warranty against breakage.

RPM Parts Rock!
This part is way tougher than OEM, fits right in. I got black to match my Slash. Haven't broken it yet, even with crazy crashes and landings.

LCG Upgrade
Just put these on my Slash 2wd LCG, and they definitely feel stronger than stock. Highly recommend!
