This Kyosho Inferno NEO 4.0 VE (Color type 2) is a 1:8 scale, brushless motor powered 4WD racing buggy. It is a factory-finished Readyset, so the chassis arrives pre-assembled complete with control linkages. The R/C system and motor are installed and the body is painted, so you can drive straight after purchase.
Upgraded with even greater power, it delivers dynamic EP buggy performance that is easy for beginners. It is developed based on the legendary Inferno series. That series has a proven track record across numerous races, including World Championships. The electric powered version has low running costs and is suitable for a wide range of driving conditions. The buggy features upgraded R/C electronics. The more powerful TORX8+ KV2300 KYOSHO SPEED HOUSE brushless motor unit boosts speed for a thrilling ride. The new high-torque KS5072-09MW servo is fitted as standard. The servo is waterproof, and its durable metal gears ensure reliable performance even through puddles or wet conditions.
The buggy is equipped with the "BRAINZ 8 V2" ESC (Speed Controller), which is highly resistant to heavy loads. The ESC has 5 adjustable output programs and is paired with a durable XT60 connector.
A special dust-proof receiver box also functions as a servo mount. It protects the delicate receiver from sand, gravel, and other elements. A pin system allows the cover to be easily opened and closed, ensuring both protection and easy access. The transmitter has a popular handle and pistol grip design for easy control.
Full-Time 4WD with shaft drive delivers excellent stability and reliability. The durable aluminum main chassis exhibits the optimal balance of flexibility and high rigidity. Gray plastic side guards add an extra style element and a sleek finish. The battery mount and fastener are compatible with various battery sizes. The front shock tower is thickened to significantly improve crash resistance.
Double wishbone suspension provides ample front and rear suspension stroke. Diaphragm oil shocks have proven stability and damping function, and they are factory filled and sealed. Large capacity big bore resin shocks provide excellent stability over rough surfaces. Different tension Inferno shock springs let you change the setup to suit varying driving conditions. Turnbuckles on the suspension arms and steering rods allow quick, easy length adjustments. Simply turn the rods for precision setup.
Full bearing specifications include 18 ball bearings for smooth operation throughout the drivetrain. The 1.0-module metal main gear is designed to withstand high loads. Precision cut ring and pinion gears in both the front and rear differentials produce superior drive efficiency. The high durability center differential has machine cut metal gears for increased strength and durability.
The two-piece motor mount is easy to install and adjust gear backlash. The mount holds the motor securely in place and ensures optimal gear mesh, even under intense vibrations while driving. The buggy is compatible with existing Inferno series optional parts for setting adjustments and performance upgrades.
The body is available in two color schemes (design types) to suit your preference. It features vibrant pre-printed graphics, with pre-cut sections and decals applied. Newly designed specifically for this model, it has excellent aerodynamics for superior handling. The finished body is complete with its printed color scheme.
