This buggy is upgraded with even greater power and upgraded R/C electronics. The motor is the more powerful TORX8+ KV2300 KYOSHO SPEED HOUSE brushless motor unit. It boosts speed for a thrilling ride. Steering is handled by the new high-torque KS5072-09MW servo. The waterproof servo has durable metal gears and performs reliably through puddles or wet conditions. The "BRAINZ 8 V2" ESC (Speed Controller) is highly resistant to heavy loads and has 5 adjustable output programs. The ESC is paired with a durable XT60 connector. A special dust-proof receiver box also works as a servo mount. It protects the delicate receiver from sand, gravel, and other elements. A pin system lets you open and close the cover easily, so you get both protection and easy access. The electric powered version has low running costs and suits a wide range of driving conditions.
Full-Time 4WD with shaft drive delivers excellent stability and reliability. The main chassis is aluminum, which gives an optimal balance of flexibility and high rigidity. Gray plastic side guards add an extra style element and a sleek finish to the overall design. The battery mount and fastener are compatible with various battery sizes. A thickened front shock tower significantly improves crash resistance. Full bearing specifications mean 18 ball bearings for smooth operation throughout the drivetrain. The 1.0-module metal main gear withstands high loads. Precision cut ring and pinion gears in both the front and rear differentials produce superior drive efficiency. The center differential has machine cut metal gears for increased strength and durability. A two-piece motor mount is easy to install and makes gear backlash easy to adjust. The design holds the motor securely and keeps optimal gear mesh, even under intense vibrations while driving.
Double wishbone suspension gives ample front and rear suspension stroke. The diaphragm oil shocks have proven stability and damping function, and they are factory filled and sealed. Large capacity big bore resin shocks provide excellent stability over rough surfaces. You can change the setup for varying driving conditions with different tension Inferno shock springs. Turnbuckles on the suspension arms and steering rods allow quick length adjustments by simply turning the rods for precision setup. The buggy is compatible with existing Inferno series optional parts for setting adjustments and performance upgrades.
The buggy has a finished, painted body with a printed color scheme. Newly designed specifically for this model, the body has excellent aerodynamics for superior handling.
