The extended battery hold down adds extra clearance in the stock battery tray so taller LiPo packs can fit cleanly. It’s a simple upgrade part for Slash 2WD standard or LCG chassis, and Slash 4x4 standard chassis.
It supports LiPo packs up to 42 mm tall. That extra height gives the tray more room while keeping the stock battery location unchanged.
