Customer reviews
Pricey but works
I've got a couple of these batteries for my X-Maxx. They're kinda pricey but have been solid for me. Using them with the Traxxas EZ Peak Live Dual Charger, which is also not cheap, is a breeze. Never had issues with charging or discharging, and after a year of hard bashing, no swelling at all after about 50 uses.
Battery care tips
These batteries last quite a while. If there's any trouble, send them back to Traxxas, they're covered for a year. Make sure to read the instructions and only use their charger. They'll give you about 50-80 cycles. Don't leave them in the car once they die; charge or store them quickly, like within a day. If left too long, they won't recharge. LIPO batteries can be risky, so always handle with care.
