This is Electric Powered, Radio Controlled, 1/18 scale Wasteland Buggy from Dromida. 

Wasteland vehicles are fast, agile and as rugged as off-road. Oil filled suspension, durable chassis, but what makes them different from any other vehicle is the foam dart launcher. On the outskirts of the post nuclear world this launcher was the only hope for the survival....

Cork launcher. Load ammunition. Acquire a target. Maneuver into range. Push the fire control button on your radio—and watch as your dart streaks 10, 20, even 30 feet toward your target. If you score a hit, nobody gets hurt. If you miss, just reload and try again.

It's fully equipped with everything needed, from "AA" batteries for the radio to three fast-flying foam darts and three channel 2,4 Radio control system..
