Awesome Stock Tires
These are the stock 2.8 wheels and tires for the Traxxas Rustler xl5, VXL and some other Traxxas stuff. They have the front offset and hex style that fits the hubs perfectly. Keep in mind they are full shiny chrome, not black chrome, so check your current ones to match. Black chrome ones are shiny but are darker. These come with pre-glued Alias tires, great for bashing. We've got two Rustler VXL's that are 3 years old and just now replacing them, so they last! The downside is the chrome eventually flakes and looks dull, but only after a lot of use. It's chrome plated plastic so don't expect them to stay shiny forever. TIP: Check inside the rim for two small holes that let water in and mess up the balance. Just put a dab of superglue over them to seal. Once wet, the foam takes forever to dry, so seal them right away.
