Traxxas Slash 2WD short course race trucks will put you in the driver seat for intense fender-to-fender, high-flying, off-road action. These 1:10 scale RC trucks are purpose built to fly over jumps and rip full-throttle through turns. Traxxas Slash short course trucks come fully assembled and ready-to-race with 4-wheel independent suspension, an extra-long wheelbase with 3½" of ground clearance, integrated chassis nerf bars for body protection during side-by-side racing, heavy-duty bumpers designed to absorb brutal impacts, soft-compound tires for all-terrain action, oil-filled Ultra Shocks, rubber-sealed ball bearings, and so much more.

Powering each rear-wheel drive Slash is a powertrain featuring a Titan 12T 550 modified motor and a Magnum 272 transmission. Each Titan 12T 550 brushed motor is equipped with over-sized armatures and 12-turns of pure copper wire for massive torque, increased speeds, and lightning quick acceleration. Mated to the Titan 12T is a Magnum 272 transmission, assembled with all metal gear internals, ultra-smooth sealed ball bearings, and a bulletproof-torque control slipper clutch.

The Slash's XL-5 high-performance electronic speed controller is packed with impressive features like a completely waterproof design, three drive profiles (Sport Mode, Race Mode, and Training Mode), low voltage detection, Thermal Shutdown Protection, and Traxxas EZ-Set one-button setup. The result is a highly-efficient and ultra-smooth electronic speed controller that provides hours of non-stop performance.

Every Slash comes with a precision control TQ 2.4GHz radio system with advanced programming for side-by-side racing without interference. The TQ provides long-range control with smooth, glitch-free performance, includes an internal antenna to prevent damage, and has an ergonomically designed controller for all day driving comfort.
